Here's a general outline of how the process of getting a design of your choice in your own home can go as we are very open to a few different methods.
Chosen design
Once you pick the design you'd like the first step we'll take is sending across a furniture list preferably via Discord and begin setting expectations as some designs only work in certain housing districts or may have expensive furniture listed. We'll confirm that this is the design you'd like then start discussing logistics and give a quote on pricing for the build.

General pricing for each design size:
Small - 5M Gil
Medium - 7.5M Gil
Large - 10M Gil​
Sourcing furniture
After you have your furniture list and expectations are set we can discuss sourcing the furniture needed for your house. We will try to help you source any furniture you are incapable of getting for any reason and if its not something we can get together then we will quickly offer replacement furniture with example pictures so you know what youre agreeing to. If we do make any small changes due to that there is no extra charge for requiring some help or changing furniture items.

Decorating
Finally, Once all the furniture has been collected and is ready to go. I'll request keys to the house so that i can have build permissions or an invite into your free company if its a FC house. Once ive got perms ill request payment. Once payment has been made we will begin construction of your house which should be completed very quickly if there are no issues with the items sourced.

We currently do not offer custom builds but will adjust a design to your desire if you request it for example swapping different furniture out or changing color schemes.
