Here's a general outline of how the process of getting a design of your choice in your own home can go as we are very open to a few different methods.
Chosen design
Once you pick the design you'd like the first step we'll take is sending across a furniture list preferably via Discord and begin setting expectations as some designs only work in certain housing districts or may have expensive furniture listed. We'll confirm that this is the design you'd like then start discussing logistics.​
Sourcing furniture
After you have your furniture list and expectations are set we can discuss sourcing the furniture needed for your house. We will try to help you source any furniture you are incapable of getting for any reason and if its not something we can get together then we will quickly offer replacement furniture with example pictures so you know what youre agreeing to. If we do make any small changes due to that there is no extra charge for requiring some help or changing furniture items.

Decorating
Finally, Once all the furniture has been collected and is ready to go. I'll request keys to the house so that i can have build permissions or an invite into your free company if its a FC house. Once ive got perms ill request payment. Once payment has been made we will begin construction of your house which should be completed very quickly if there are no issues with the items sourced.

We currently do not offer custom builds but will adjust a design to your desire if you request it for example swapping different furniture out or changing color schemes.

No matter what designs you choose our prices are as follows:
Small designs: 5 Million gil
Medium Designs: 7.5 Million gil
Large Designs: 10 Million gil

What types of housing designs do you offer?
We offer a variety of housing designs for small, medium, and large plots. We provide a furniture list for you to collect then we handle the entire installation process for you.
Does Eorzea House sell digital design files featured on your site?
Eorzea House does not sell any digital design files as we do not hold ownership or claims over the designs displayed on our site. If you wish to purchase a design file directly to avoid waiting for our service, we recommend checking whether the original designer has their own storefront or official platform where the file can be purchased.
How does Eorzea House manage orders given the current wait times and staffing availabilty
We aim to provide exceptional service despite having a long wait list and a limited number of staff members. We operate strictly on a first come, first served basis to ensure fairness. However, because each staff member may be handling over 10 orders simultaneously, some orders are processed and completed faster than others depending on complexity and timing. We work through the wait list as efficiently as possible whenever staff availability allows, and we sincerely appreciate your patience and understanding as we maintain the quality and attention each order deserves.
